There are special characters like ?, +, *, (, ., } and, \. These characters have special meaning inregular expressions. To find text with these characters, a \ must be written before them. This is called "escaping".
The \ is on the right side of the keyboard. You can try out escaping by adding the \ before the * to match a*.
